Open "Settings" app. Swipe down a bit to reveal search. Type in "Room Planner" in search and choose it in search results. Choose "Language" you like in "Preferred language" section.
How do I change app language on Android?

Change the language on your Android device, tap Settings. Tap System Languages & input. Languages. If you can't find System, then under Personal, tap Languages & input Languages. Tap Add a language, and choose the language that you want to use. Drag your language to the top of the list.
How do I move my designs to new device?

Easiest way is to enable sync service (a Pro feature) on your old device and make sure that all your designs are synced to cloud. Use same Facebook or Google account to login on new device and your designs will be restored.

Alternatively you can go to your room, click "Export" icon and choose "Export link" option. Save that link somewhere (you can send e-mail to yourself). On new device install the app and click on saved link. That will restore your design.
